• For orders under $100, the final calcuation is rounded to the nearest dollar (for example, $50.34 = $50, whereas $76.87 = $77); for orders over $100, the final calculation is rounded to the nearest $10 increment (for example, $234.89 = $230, whereas $197.49 = $200).
• Prices are subject to negotiations; however, this is not a promise! Once a price is quoted and agreed upon between buyer and seller, the quoted price will not change for any reason.
• I require a 50% deposit before work on the order is begun. Once the order is complete, I will collect the remaining amount upon delivery/pick-up. For non-local commissions, I require payment before the order is shipped.
• There is a 20% Rush Order Fee for any orders with a deadline such as a birthday, holiday, or other special occasion. Otherwise, your commission will be completed in the order it was received. Please allow up to six weeks for orders to be completed.
• Should the buyer decide to cancel the order before it is complete, the 50% deposit will not be refunded, and the order will be archived in case the buyer would like to continue the order at a later date.
• For non-local orders, I only accept Paypal, which requires an additional 2.2% + $.30 added to the total price of your order. Orders will NOT be shipped until the correct amount is paid in full; this amount will be e-mailed to you prior to your order's completion to ensure correct payment.
